A Word About The Quality Of My Sound Files
I make no apology for the sound files not being as perfect as they might be, especially those converted from vinyl. I do not possess the technical know-how to reduce unwanted noise, hiss, etc. I certainly have the software (e.g. Gold Wave) but not the knowledge about what settings to use. If anyone can point me in the right direction, please feel free to enlighten me.

TANTRUM - LIVE IN CHICAGO 1979
Tantrum were (and are!) my all-time favourite female-fronted rock band, featuring not one but three lead singers, all of whom could give the Wilson sisters of Heart a run for their money. To this day I cannot uniquely identify which is which (even though a band member once assured me "it's easy"!)
I only wish this was a soundboard recording, but alas, it isn't. I am posting it because it is probably the only chance the world will have to hear this great group live (unless someone else, maybe even one of the group, can supply something better?) Whatever, rock fans deserve to hear "something" live by this criminally underrated band.
The gig was in their home town of Chicago. You can hear how the girls were perpetually in tune, even when hollering "Disco sucks!" There are songs from each of the first two albums, and even an unreleased gem (which strangely did not make the third, posthumously released album).
Guitarist Ray Sapko is still playing (and recording) great instrumental music, but as for the others - who knows?
